Monday, Day 7:

Treadmill for 30 minutes!

Tuesday, Day 8:

Personal training – upper body

Wednesday, Day 9:

upper arm free weights

Thursday, Day 10:

medicine ball: tricep dips, russian twist, etc

Friday, Day 11:

Personal Training: lower body

 

Sorry so brief. I have a lot to do!
